What will Nate and I talk about?
There's a lot of pushy recruiters and conflicting stories when you're looking into sales.
Nate wants to get to know you, hear about your goals, and answer any questions.
You'll decide together if you think you're a good fit to be one of our 30 Kahu sales pros, or if you should be looking somewhere else!
Absolutely zero pressure.
Do I need sales experience?
No sales experience needed! We'll provide extensive training, practice, and support all year round.
What does training look like?
We will provide:
1) a video course with industry-leading sales training for you to access 24/7.
2) Weekly sales trainings pre-season
3) Daily trainings in-season.
4) Knocking / shadowing Nate and other managers in live sales situations.
5) 24/7 access to text or voice memo Nate with sales questions or pitch recordings.
6) A team of hard working sales reps who all want to see you succeed!
When do we start selling?
Our typical season is May-August. Exceptions can be made for school schedules, travel, and other special circumstances.
Lots of reps will choose to sell pre-season (april) or post-season (september) if they want to make more sales / money!
How does pay work?
Like all door-to-door sales positions, all earnings are commission-based.
We have a variety of payscales and commission bumps based on experience level, leadership responsibility, and recruiting.
